Print the "Agent info cards" available from the link bellow. Fill out the Agent information
with you as an agent. Then hand them out to people that might be interested in my house.
Attaching your name to the "Agent Info card" signifies you understand you are
acting as an independent Agent. Only ONE Agent represented at the time a "offer to
purchase" is presented will be eligible for payment. So the harder you work and the
more you get the word out the greater chance you will be paid for your work.
It will be up to the Agent to keep track of the potential buyers info in order to
insure they get credit for the eventual sale. However, as the current owner of the
house I will send a $2000.00 cheque to the Agent who's contact information is
provided on the "AGENT INFO CARD". To provide transparency with my offer I
will post the Agents name and city to my webpage after the sale is complete.
The sale of the home is concidered complete only after the closing date has been
reached and the transfer of funds has taken place between the current owner and
the potential buyer. All Agents must understand that only then will the represented
Agent receive payment.
Under no circumstance does the Agent have any say in the final selling price of
the house or in any part of the deal made between the current owner and the
potential buyer.
